Elise N. Lamarra, MS, BSN, RN

Elise Lamarra joined Friends Life Care Partners in March 2007. She was promoted to President of Caring Friends Home Care in 2012. Elise also serves as Chief Operating Officer of Caring Friends Home Care’s sister organization Intervention Associates; and Friends Life Care, a membership-based provider of continuing-care-at-home plans. Organization-wide, Elise serves as corporate risk manager.

Elise is a registered nurse with nearly 32 years of clinical, administrative and managerial experience in acute care, home health care, hospice care and managed care. For the last 26 years, she has devoted her career to home care and hospice work, 24 years of which were in executive positions. Elise is a member of the Pennsylvania Home Care Association and serves on its public policy committee. She also serves on the boards of LeadingAge PA and Friends Services for the Aging.

Elise earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University Cincinnati College of Nursing and Health and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development and Leadership at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM).

Lynne Phillips, LPN
Executive Director

Lynne Phillips joined Friends Life Care Partners in May of 2015 as Direct Care Worker Supervisor and was promoted to Executive Director of Caring Friends Home Care in January of 2017. Lynne oversees all clinical operations and administrative activities. In this role, she is accountable for adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, company policies and standards for compliance of home care services. Lynne also provides sales and marketing leadership to Intervention Associates and Caring Friends Home Care to continue on the path of co-branding the lines of business.

Lynne is a licensed nurse with over 20 years’ experience in independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, dementia, managed care and acute care. Throughout the years, Lynne has successfully instructed, coached and motivated direct care workers resulting in increased job satisfaction and excellence in the care they provide.

Sandra Grant, BA
Home Care Coordinator

Sandra Grant joined Friends Life Care Partners in 1999. Since then, she has played a variety of integral roles in the organization. In 2010, she joined the management team with her promotion to home care coordinator. Sandra brings to this post 13 years of experience in the nursing home and private home care environments. Previously, she held management positions at Bryn Mawr Terrace and Senior Helpers, both on Philadelphia’s Main Line. Her expertise includes professional staffing, customer relations, payroll processing, staff supervision and general oversight of case management.

Sandra combines her business acumen, mentoring and supervisory experience, and her outstanding interpersonal skills in her current position overseeing Caring Friends Home Care services. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Manchester Business School in Jamaica.
